Plenty of space, full privacy, and comfort for up to 10 guests

The spacious Ferienhaus Köck offers around 250 m² of living space and is exclusively available to you during your stay. Five bedrooms – four upstairs and one downstairs – as well as four bathrooms with WC offer plenty of space and comfort for families, friends and groups. The heart of the house is the cozy parlor with lounge as well as the large, fully equipped kitchen.

The quiet location on the outskirts of Kartitsch ensures real relaxation, while the spacious terrace and private garden invite you to relax, barbecue and get together in the summer. A fire bowl with wooden benches creates a particularly atmospheric atmosphere at any time of the year. For active guests there is a ski and bicycle room as well as table tennis and trampoline. Free WiFi and a modern smart TV in the lounge complete the offer.

Ferienhaus Köck in Kartitsch

Tradition meets modern vacation

Ferienhaus Köck has existed since 1729 and was originally used as a farm. In 2020, at the age of 22, I took over the house and have since continued to run it as a holiday home for up to 10 people.

Through ongoing renovations – including new windows, a spacious terrace and a modern kitchen – the house now combines historic charm with contemporary comfort. From the winter season 2025/26, the offer will be expanded by two additional rooms and a new shared bathroom.

The five bedrooms of Ferienhaus Köck offer plenty of comfort, privacy and enough space for groups and families. Each room is lovingly designed and creates a cozy atmosphere in which you can relax after an active day in the mountains.
